Trauma can change how you feel in your body, your relationships, and your daily life. Counseling offers a confidential place to make sense of what happened and build practical ways to feel more grounded. Healing from trauma rarely happens in isolation. Connection can create the safety, trust and sense of beloging that trauma often disrupts.
Fractal Dreams Counseling provides trauma-informed support for adults navigating the aftereffects of crime, assault, relational harm, and complex life experiences. Through authentic, supportive relationships, we can begin to experience we are not alone and can reconnect with ourselves and the world around us. Healing is not about erasing what happened it is about creating enough safety and connection to move forward with choice, meaning and freedom.
